BelleIsle – Cradle of Twins

In BelleIsle, the couple will spend their wedding night in an inn in the town. After choosing "sleep" and selecting the baby's gender, they will get off line automatically and turn back online 5 minutes later. One year (the time in game) later when the female character feels pangs, the couple can team up and go to the city hospital to have twin babies.

Actually, having-baby feature is similar to pet system and is just something MMORPG companies utilize to attract players. But anyway, what does it matter. You're free to make your own choice whether to have a baby or not.
