14-7-2009 Game News : MMO Makes Kids to Be Nerds?

How I learned to complete quantity-based assignments by playing an MMORPG:
Because of the time needed to run a successful old world quest line with a party of the same relative level, I learned that access to direct sunlight is overrated. In fact, the desire to see sunlight is entirely detrimental to one's gaming success.
As the video below expresses (courtesy of the Onion News Network on YouTube), gaming allows our youth to practice the valuable skills that they may need to survive in an increasingly chaotic world.

While many suggest that MMO culture is targeted toward leadership training, teamwork, and problem solving strategy, one thing is clear: The MMORPG Genre has other motives than entertainment.
Game developers and distributors have started to recognize this fact with current business strategies. Games like the upcoming Star Wars: The Old Republic are sure to create a new generation of Star Wars Nerds bent on seeking training in proper lightsaber usage. And who can say what the impact will be on future Sci-Fi films? The general non-gaming public waits with painful anticipation.
